Lisa is a former college instructor of English who left her academic teaching career to found Accurate English over 20 years ago. Her book is used in schools in the US and internationally.  Her typical clients are foreign-born corporate professionals working in the U.S. and actors in Hollywood for whom clear and accurate communication in English is a must.  She speaks five languages and has worked as an interpreter and translator.

Her clients include numerous Hollywood actors and companies such as: Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung, Google, Amgen, McKinsey and Company, BCG, Nestle, Univison (Spanish Television), HBO television, UCLA Medical School, UCLA Law School, Johnson and Johnson, AT&T, Ernst and Young and many others.

The course starts now and never ends! It is a completely self-paced online course – you decide when you start and when you finish.

How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like – across any and all devices you own.

How should I practice?

After you watch each video that teaches you to correctly produce the difficult vowel and consonant sound, download the audio and PDF files and practice listening and repeating that lesson for one week. Your speech will sound correct and natural and you will get used to using the common expressions that native speakers use. Each expression contains a word that has the sound you are learning. Then go to the next lesson, doing the same thing.

Will I be learning new expressions?

There are over 400 expressions and idioms. The expressions in the downloadable audio files and texts are a combination of idiomatic expressions that you should learn and common, everyday expressions that many English learners already know. There are definitions of the expressions and a quiz after teach lesson.

Are these lessons available on your YouTube channel?

Most of the lessons are only available on this online course platform.. These are specific and detailed lessons that follow a sequence of topics in the order that you need to learn them.
