Frequently Asked Questions

How is this course different from the regular courses for non-Japanese speakers?

The first two videos courses focus only on the types of mistakes that Japanese speakers make. Courses 3  (Rhythm and Intonation) and Course 4 (How Americans Really Talk) are exactly the same as the ones for non-Japanese because those topics are more universal and they are needed by all non-native speakers of English.

Why did you make this video specifically for Japanese people?

I have had many Japanese students who struggle with English pronunciation. I have worked with Japanese actors and business people who live in Los Angeles. They encouraged me to make these courses because there isn’t much good instruction available for the specific types of mistakes that Japanese students make.
